A Day in the Life
By joining Customer Care & Order Operations (CCOO), you will get a unique opportunity to drive customer experience through technology innovation and contribute to bringing our Mission to patients all over the world.
As an Intern with the Customer Care Team, you will assist in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and optimizing service processes. Your support will enhance efficiency and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
Internship details:
• Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend for another 6 months)
• Working hours: 30-35h per week
• Working model: hybrid (2 days from the office)
• Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer information in our database to ensure accuracy.
• Collect and document feedback from customers to help improve our services.
• Attend sessions to learn about our products, services, and best practices in customer care.
Required Knowledge:
• Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in higher education (you must be a student for the entire internship duration)
• At least advanced (C1) level of Polish and upper-intermediate (B2) level of English language
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to develop new skills, including learning new systems and tools
• Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
• Openness to working in an online environment
Would be a plus:
• Time management and organizational skills
• Customer-focused attitude
