Job Summary

Summary:

Responsible for assisting the Digital ServiceNow team in supporting information systems and technology initiatives. Functions as a technical assistant for multiple, complex applications utilizing demonstrated ability to assist with delivering technical solutions to the problems and challenges inherent in related projects. Completes formal training courses focused on the development of ServiceNow and Moveworks applications.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- May provide user support for software applications.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of systems.
- Assist with development of no-code/low-code applications.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining system performance and security.
- Help implement updates and patches to software applications.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards


 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Current College credits towards Computer Science/ IS degree required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must be reliable and punctual.

  • Exceptional time management skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to take and follow direction.

  • Willingness to learn.

  • Basic understanding of information systems and healthcare technology preferred.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

M-F Hybrid role includes onsite Somerville, MA Assembly Row office and remote work requires stable, secure, compliant, quiet work station.
