Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse for our Float Pool!

Schedule:

• 3, 12 hour shifts on nights (1900-0730)
• Every other weekend
• Rotating holidays

As an RN at MercyOne, you will:

• Provides and directs safe, effective, and culturally competent care for adolescent through aging adult patients with actual or potential medical/surgical health problems in all medical/surgical areas of Genesis Medical Center Davenport, Illini and DeWitt campuses

• Key accountabilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice
• Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA
• Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities

General Requirements:

• Special Training: Basic Life Support
• Training Preferred: Baccalaureate in Nursing and ANCC Certified in Medical-Surgical Nursing or related field
• Licensure/Registration: Registered Nurse in Iowa; Registered Nurse in Illinois within 1 year

Education:

• Associate's Degree
• Field of Study: Nursing
