Responsibilities:

• Promote and encourage preventive medicine.
• Contribute to the legal compliance on topics of health, sefety and disposal of RPBI
• Participate in HSE audits (Internal/External)
• Prevent accidents and unsafe conditions within the company.
• Contribute to maintaining the propor functioning of the health, safety and environment management system.
• Detect diseases (occupational health).
• Comply with and supervise the policies and guidelines regarding health, safety and the environment.
• Visualize ergonomic conditions and monitoring of the action Plan.
• Provide primary and emergency care to workers.
• Conducting medical examinations for new hires and medical examinations for the low staff and periodic examinations of company personnel at least once a year.
• Conduct periodic reviews of the company staff at least once a year.

• Plant HSE tours.
• Authority to stop activities when detecting an HSE risk
• Sensitize staff on the proper use of safety equipment such as personal protection.
• Coordinate with the manager of Safety and hygiene on the continuous training of the group of brigade members and the staff in general.
• Research and follow up on staff illnesses to find the root cause and rule out non-work related illnesses.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Nursing or 3 years of experience in the area.

2 years in occupational preferred health in the automotive industry

Basic knowledge of STPS standars

Knowledge in performing procedures with IMSS and LFT (desirable).

Basic knowledge of ISO 14001,450001,50001 Management system.
