About the role:
The Enrolled Nurse (EN) provides high-quality, patient-centred care within ward (surgical ward), working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
The role involves assisting with pre- and post-operative care, monitoring patients’ conditions, administering medications (as per scope of practice), and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for recovery.
About You:
AHPRA registration as EN
Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care (wards or perioperative).
Computer literacy and experience with Electronic Medical Records
Have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Experience/knowledge in pre and post op care for a range of surgical procedures.
Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong committed team player with ability to work autonomously.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
