Job Description
This rewarding opportunity will see you join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside (SVPHN) as an Assistant in Nursing in our Theatre unit providing direct assistance and support to our nursing staff and visiting medical officers in the delivery of services in the perioperative space, you will also organise and set up sterile stock for theatre procedures and to support the surgical teams with managing instruments and consumables.

Things that work for us:
Ability to work on a Permanent Full Time basis with proven ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, weekends and nights included.
Relevant TAFE Certificate ie Certificate III health/aged care
Previous experience in a hospital setting Is desirable
Ability to provide clinical practice and care that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of the Facility.
Have a demonstrated application of contemporary infection control standards and practices
