Qualifications:

CNA certification in Pennsylvania (PA) required
1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in home care, hospice, or institutional settings
High school diploma or GED
Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to patient homes
Ability to work independently while maintaining professional relationships with patients and families
