Job Summary
Summary<br>Utilizing the nursing process, responsibility for providing for immediate and long-term nursing care needs of patients within the standards of the department, hospital and regulatory agencies.<br><br>Does this position require Patient Care?<br>Yes<br><br>Essential Functions<br>-Accurately assesses patients’ needs. <br>-1 Utilizes multiple data sources to determine actual/potential health problems and functional status. <br>
-Utilizes Recovery Oriented Framework to identify patient strengths. <br>

-3 Communicates findings effectively to members of the healthcare team. <br>
-4 Documentation reflects response to intervention, demonstrates an understanding of patients’ response to treatment interventions. <br>
-5 Identifies patient behaviors that contribute to the development of a crisis; utilizes non-verbal and verbal techniques to de-escalate crisis situation. <br>
