Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Research Intern-Undergraduate provides an undergraduate student the opportunity to contribute to the development, data collection, analysis and presentation of results for assigned research projects.  The individual will be mentored by a research scientist or investigator and will fulfill the assigned requirements within their scope of knowledge.  The position will be filled upon a need within a specific area; however, areas of research concentration may include clinical research, laboratory research, genetics, anthropology, agricultural research or bioinformatics.

Summer 2025 temporary position.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

EDUCATION

Education qualifications must be from a school whose accreditation is recognized by the Marshfield Clinic Health System.

Minimum Required:    Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program within a science related field, with completion of two years.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Required:  Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
