Job Summary
Responsible for enhancing nursing practice standards and promoting professional development within our hospital through developing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based nursing practice standards and protocols.This role will focus on our New Graduate RN Residency program as well as Nursing Orientation.
Qualifications
Education
- Associate's Degree Nursing required
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
- Master's Degree Nursing preferred

Licenses and Credentials
- Registered Nurse [RN - Massachusetts]
- Basic Life Support certification required
Experience
- Nursing experience 5-7 years required and Specialized clinical experience 3-5 years required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice, quality improvement methodologies, and healthcare regulations
- Extensive clinical experience with a focus on a specialized area within the hospital (e.g., critical care, oncology, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and teaching skills
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
