What you’ll do at Elekta 

 

The Sales & Marketing Support Intern supports the Sales Manager in preparing offers and quotations, processing customer orders, and assisting with marketing activities. 

This is a full-time, 6-month contract role (with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position), based in our office in Brno, Czech Republic. The position is ideal for those at the beginning of their career, or for individuals interested in creating smooth documentation processes, who have an eye for detail and would like to be part of a purpose-driven, globally listed company. 

 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Support the Sales Manager in the preparation, processing, and follow-up of offers and quotations for customers. 
  • Maintain customer data and quotes & opportunities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. 
  • Manage the approval and review process for third-party suppliers used in commercial activities and request quotations for products and services. 
  • Support the handover of customer orders to the order fulfillment and service teams. 
  • Prepare presentations, reports and other sales material for the Sales Manager. 
  • Prepare marketing materials and support the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns and events. 

    What you bring 

    • University degree, preferably in the field of economics, law or business administration. 
    • Initial professional experience in a coordination, supporting or administrative role is an advantage. 
    • Professional proficiency in Czech and Slovak, working proficiency in English. 
    • Interest and ability to work in a structured and diligent way. 
    • A collaborative and solution-oriented way of working. 
    • Curiosity and motivation to learn independently. 
    • Good IT skills and confident handling of MS Office. 
    • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred but not required.
