Job Description
SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team and support key aspects of our global nursing program. This role will be responsible for overseeing onboarding, program development, data analysis, auditing, and recruiting support, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
STATUS: Full-time - Contract Position
LOCATION: Riedman Campus (Hybrid)
DEPARTMENT: Talent Acquisition
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; Days
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Capture & Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data and trends related to global nursing to support informed decision-making, enhance program efficiency, and develop new processes.

Liaison & Community Engagement: Serve as a community resource by maintaining relationships and providing up-to-date information on Rochester and surrounding communities to support international nurses.
Onboarding Support: Partner with the onboarding team to facilitate a seamless and positive transition for international nurses.
Program Development: Assist in shaping and refining program goals by recommending new or revised objectives to improve overall effectiveness.
Recruiting Support: Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and other administrative tasks to support recruitment efforts.

PAY RANGE:
$60,500.00 - $65,000.00CITY:

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
