Job Description

Primary Objective of Position: 

  • Assist in analyzing data, identifying opportunities & establish process improvement and time/cost efficiency within the supply chain.
  • Assist in managing & solving issues related to supply chain activities.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

Project/Scope & Expected Outcome:

Project: Supply chain operation improvement that may include:

  • Redressing operation integration
  • Product trace-and-track report and data flow optimization
  • Supply chain shared folder routing restructure
  • Product master data format re-design and workflow correlation Vendor performance index monitoring approach built-up

Experience / Knowledge / Technical Skills Required:

  • Perseverance, resilience, and problem-solving skills
  • Eye for detail and attention to rigor and process
  • Assist in analyzing data, identifying opportunities & establish process improvement and cost optimization within the supply chain.
  • Comfortable working with multiple technology systems (databases, SAP, etc.) and Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn and seek the rationale behind processes and systems
  • Business, supply chain or international trade related knowledge is preferred.

Duration : One Year ( 7/1, 2025-6/30, 2026) , (Full time summer and 20hrs per week the rest)
