Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Students of Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related courses
- Morning shift students
- Expected to graduate in June/July 2026 or December 2026
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance
- Macroeconomic knowledge
- Detail oriented and reliable with focus on high-quality deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend its validity
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and ability to work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet tight deadlines
- Working proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
Job Responsibilities
- Assist on the preparation of detailed materials for pitches and M&A transactions
- Perform industry and company specific research, and strategic analysis
- Support the execution of M&A transactions
- Interact with the team on many internal and external demands
