A Day in the Life

As an Intern at ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) team, you will be collaborating closely with the Northwestern Europe Marketing Manager and Business Leader. You'll assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, training and education courses, and communicating with internal stakeholders, medical societies, and ENT healthcare professionals. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will be key in driving successful commercial, T&E (Training and Education) activities and contributing to the team's overall objectives.

Internship details:
•    Start date: June 2025
•    Duration: 12 months
•    Working hours: 20 to 37.5 hours per week with flexibility (exams and holiday periods)
•    Working model: remote, with occasional travel for onsite support for congresses and third-party courses
•    Location: United Kingdom

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

•    Congresses, Training & Education: Providing end-to-end support for congresses, meetings, and third-party training courses, including exhibition materials, equipment bookings, submission requests and team resourcing. 
•    Medical Education Logistics: Manage HCP registration, communications, and logistics coordination in collaboration with the Events Team.
•    Contracts and Compliance: Assist in managing event and HCP compliance approvals, contracts, including submitting requests to the compliance team and progress tracking. 
•    General Administration: Handle meeting agenda, minutes, slide support, filing, purchase orders, budget updates, and reconciliations. 


Required Knowledge: 
•    Recent graduate or in the final year of studies in Business, Event, Marketing, or a related field
•    Fluent in English, with strong verbal & written communication skills
•    High attention to detail and accuracy
•    Ability to prioritize and manage a high workload
•    Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Word, Outlook) 

Would be a plus:
•    Project management experience 
•    Experience in marketing, event management or a customer service environment
