As Senior Organizational Development Consultant, you will assist in OD consulting, coaching and supporting special projects for the GLLI. In this role, you will drive new talent management strategies and cultural transformation throughout the enterprise. While collaborating with leaders, you will design, develop and implement management, succession planning, leadership development and executive team building to enhance the Talent Department and achieve goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to stretch and hone your skills within an innovative healthcare institution.  

A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 5:00PM. 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Diagnose and assess a collaborative consulting approach to provide organizational development solutions for both division and enterprise initiatives. 
  • Design formal and informal learning solutions to achieve targeted recommendations to improve organizational performance. 
  • Facilitate and deliver solutions in an outcomes-driven approach that is meaningful and relevant to defined audiences. 
  • Track metrics to ensure solutions are impactful and follow-up with leadership related to sustainability of solutions. 
  • Co-create solutions with all levels of leadership and Human Resources to ensure the accomplishment of sustained business results. 
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and teams on sensitive topics, ensuring confidentiality.  
  • Serve as Lead for a specific Learning Priority or Program as the key subject matter expert driving design and outcomes. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management or equivalent in a complex, changing corporate environment 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Certification in Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership Development Assessments (e.g., Emotional Intelligence, Strengths Finders, Change Management) 
  • Master’s Degree or advanced degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education or Human Resources 
  • Three years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role or project management role or leading large scale learning and development projects

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods. 
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. For some roles, ability to travel to other locations, including international travel.
  • Ability to operate a computer, audio visual and other office equipment.           
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, including the ability to deliver any applicable training in person and virtually.
  • In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs.
