2025 Intern - Accounting (nxp)

Job Description

• Perform monthly, quarterly and year end closing of accounts, intercompany reporting and maintain the general ledgers, including posting of journals

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure financial information is recorded and communicated in a timely and precise manner

• Assist with preparation of local treasury related matters, accounts payable, bank reconciliation

• Preparation of withholding tax payment, maintaining withholding tax receipts and other tax support activities to assist corporate tax to ensure timely tax filling/ compliance

• Prepare and file external compliance submissions (Bank Negara, MIDA etc)

• Systems and process implementation for accounting matters

Job Qualification

• The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Proactive working attitude, enthusiastic team worker & good communication skills

• Flexible attitude to fit working in a change environment
