Job Summary
• RN Fellowship Program Start Date: May 19th, 2025• All internal and external applicants must attach a resume and cover letter

Pay Range
Minimum $54.77 Midpoint $71.20 Maximum $87.63Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
NICU (Level IV) - RN Fellowship – Clinical Nurse I or II, FT, Nights, 12 AWS
Our RN Fellowship Program is a 10-week program designed for experienced nurses who want to be trained in neonatal intensive care.
Reporting to the unit leadership team, this position is responsible for the planning and delivery of family-centered patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Qualifications
Required:
· Clinical Nurse I Fellow - RN with at least 6 months but less than 2 years of pediatric acute care nursing work experience or 4 years of adult acute care nursing experience
· Clinical Nurse II Fellow - RN with 2 years or more of pediatric acute care nursing work experience or 4 years of adult acute care nursing experience
· California RN license
· Basic Life Support (BLS)
· Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
· Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
· Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an approved school (required for external applicants, preferred for internal applicants)
