Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating nursing-related projects to improve patient care, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines and resources, and ensuring successful project implementation.
Qualifications
Essential Functions (Key Roles & Responsibilities)
Develop detailed project plans, outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure their involvement and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and allocate necessary resources, including nursing staff, equipment, and budget, to meet project requirements.
Oversee the day-to-day execution of nursing projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
Implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes or technologies among nursing staff.
Implement data collection methods to assess project effectiveness and outcomes.
Ensure that nursing projects comply with all relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
