Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and assess resident health status and report changes to the care team

• Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

• Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care plans

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines

• Uphold infection control and safety standards

• Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being

Requirements:

• Current RN license in California

• A passion for caring for others

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Skilled in clinical decision-making and patient advocacy
