Responsibilities

• Collaborate on key IT projects that improve digital workflows, enhance system performance, and bring new technologies into the organization.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and proposing tech-driven solutions.
• Take part in problem-solving sprints, supporting the resolution of hardware, software, and network issues in real time.
• Support system rollouts and upgrades, including the installation, configuration, and testing of new platforms or tools.

• Assist in optimizing cloud services and data infrastructure, ensuring high performance and security of core systems.
• Document technical processes and project learnings to create valuable internal resources and streamline future initiatives.
• Champion data security best practices by supporting compliance efforts and promoting a culture of digital responsibility.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related IT discipline.
• Proficient in MS Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Programing languages and Frameworks, .NET, Javascript, C#, CSS and HTML.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate is desirable.
• Knowledge of basic scripting language PowerShell and VBScript is desirable.
• Independent, adaptable, and willing to learn.
