We’re looking for a Full-Time Treatment Nurse who’s dedicated to delivering high-quality care, staying on top of clinical best practices, and working closely with a dynamic, supportive nursing team.

🩺 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assess, document, and treat resident wounds, skin conditions, and pressure injuries.

• Monitor healing progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

• Educate staff and support wound prevention strategies facility-wide.

• Be a calm, confident presence for residents and families during care.

👩‍⚕️ Who You Are:

• Licensed LVN or RN in good standing with the State of California.

• Previous experience in long-term care or wound care preferred.

• Detail-oriented with strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.

• A true team player with excellent communication and a resident-first mindset.
