ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
There is an exciting new job opportunity in CSSD where you will play a crucial role in ensuring re-usable medical devices are sterilised and ready for use, contributing directly to patient safety and healthcare efficiency.
In this rewarding opportunity you will join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as Associate Nurse Unit Manager in our Central Sterilising Services Department (CSSD) at our Fitzroy campus.
This role will be permanent full time and will be pivotal in maintaining the highest standard of sterilisation for patient care.
You will bring your passion to the role where you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manger - CSSD and the team.

ABOUT YOU:
As an outstanding ANUM, you will have extensive experience in CSSD and comprehensive medical instrument knowledge.
Your skills will include:
- Knowledge in high level disinfection, packing and sterilisation of RMDs
- Knowledge of loans equipment and sterile stores processes
- Leading, managing and working along side the Nurse Unit Manager - CSSD and the team
- Ensuring that the philosophy and values of St Vincent's Private Melbourne are inherent in the delivery of health care
- Certificate in Sterilisation Services (Desirable)
