What You'll Do:
As a Resident Care Nurse Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities include:
Serve as the main liaison between residents, families, and our care team, ensuring clear communication about care plans, treatments, and progress.
Participate in daily team meetings, ensuring a seamless, collaborative approach to resident care across all departments.
Monitor and adjust care plans to meet the evolving needs of each resident, ensuring they receive the personalized care they deserve.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations, ensuring the highest standards of care and accountability.
What We're Looking For:
Alaska RN or LPN License (Required).
At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred).
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
A team player who can also work independently and thrive in a collaborative environment.
