Job Description
Anoka Technical College is seeking applications to establish candidate pools due to an ongoing need for part-time or Adjunct Instructors who qualify to teach Nursing Assistant courses.
Individuals interested in being considered for part-time or Adjunct teaching positions in the Nursing Department should meet the minimum qualifications. This posting will remain open through June 30, 2025, to allow departments’ access to candidate pools when there is a need to hire an adjunct to teach a course(s) during defined academic semester(s).
Salary Range:
Compensation will be based upon the number of credits assigned, education, and related work experience. For more information on wages: MSCF Contract
Minimum Qualifications
Education Requirement
Diploma or associate degree in nursing.
Occupational Experience Requirement
Four full-time years (or equivalent) of verified related paid work experience of direct patient care, one year must be in long term care.
Recency Requirement
One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field. The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years.
Professional Requirement
Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
