About the Opportunity:
St Vincent’s Private Hospital, Brisbane is a sub-acute medical facility that provides rehabilitation, palliative care, interim aged care and inpatient transitional care, geriatric medicine, acute medicine, pain management and home palliative care. From its state-of-the-art facilities at Kangaroo Point, the Hospital offers outstanding inpatient and day services across a broad range of medical specialties.
This rewarding opportunity will see you join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Brisbane as a Clinical Nurse. The Clinical Nurse will provide provision of quality patient or client care through advanced clinical nursing practice, promoting collaborative relationships amongst the health care team and the provision of clinical leadership in the coordination of superior customer-focused nursing across the continuum of care.

Registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a Registered Nurse
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to successfully guide and support the development of other team members
Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with all multidisciplinary team members
Ability to plan and coordinate patient/resident/client care effectively, maintain patient/resident/client advocacy and utilise patient/resident/client management systems
Ability to participate in and support education activities and to contribute to the development of self and other team members
Demonstrated application of contemporary infection control standards and practices
