A Day in the Life

Estudiante de programas de Tecnología en Gestión Administrativa o Tecnología en Análisis y Desarrollo de Sistemas de Información, con inicio de etapa productiva preferiblemente a principios de febrero de 2025. Debe ser proactivo, con habilidades de trabajo en equipo, interés por aprender de forma continua y con cierto grado de autonomía, con facilidad y gusto por el manejo de plataformas digitales y programas de computador, e interés y gusto por el análisis y razonamiento lógico-matemático.

Resposabilidades incluyen:

• Gestionar solicitudes de asignación y remoción de acceso a categorías de correos y llamadas de Servicio al Cliente.
• Gestionar solicitudes de cambios de horario y de programación de actividades y eventos en la plataforma de Workforce Management para los agentes de Servicio al Cliente.
• Monitorear en tiempo real la ejecución de los horarios programados a los agentes de Servicio al Cliente y alertar sobre discrepancias y situaciones puntuales que puedan poner en riesgo la capacidad del equipo de alcanzar las meyas de desempeño establecidas.

Experiencia y conocimientos requeridos:

• 0 years of experience required.
• Concimientos basicos de usos de computadoras.
• Preferiblemente ingles A2(No es obligatorio).
• Preferiblemente experiencia con Excel y otras aplicaciones de Microsoft (No es obligatorio).
