Role Summary:
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Administrative Intern to join the Integral team within Insurance Solutions at DXC Technology. This role will support the delivery of broking software products used across the London insurance market. Reporting to the Global Product Leader for Integral, you will work closely with a dynamic and collaborative team. Based in London, the role is primarily remote, with occasional visits to our UK office in Farnborough for key team meetings.
This is a perfect entry-level position for someone looking to gain valuable administrative experience in a technology-driven insurance environment. You’ll play a key role in helping our team maintain smooth operations, enabling us to continue delivering market-leading solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct accurate and timely data entry to support day-to-day operations.
Perform general administrative tasks to help maintain efficiency within the software engineering team.
Assist with documentation, reporting, scheduling, and other ad-hoc support activities.
Work collaboratively with a global team, ensuring clear communication and support across time zones when needed.
Maintain high standards of confidentiality, data security, and administrative accuracy.
Basic Qualifications:
Entry-level candidate with some relevant work experience.
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems proactively.
Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning and development.
Other Desirable Qualifications:
Certifications such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) are a plus, but not required.
Working Environment:
Primarily remote working with the expectation to attend occasional team meetings at our UK office in Farnborough.
Regular virtual collaboration with the broader Integral team and stakeholders globally.
