Who Are We Looking For?

This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to learn the full recruitment lifecycle, contribute to our hiring efforts, and develop valuable professional skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What This Intern Will Do?

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.  
  • Data Management and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Tracking.
  • Employee onboarding: provide assistant in coordinating and communication to onboard new employee and ensuring a positive employee experience
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including document collection, hiring compliance, expense or invoice clearance.

Who This Intern Will Learn?

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Develop strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
  • Enhance your communication and interpersonal skills through interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Learn how to effectively utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Develop your organizational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build your professional network within the HR and recruitment field.

Who Is The Right Fit For This Role?

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.  
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
