About the Opportunity:

St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba is the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs. We are a 189-bed facility with highly experienced and skilled staff that work as a team to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to all our patients. Our services include medical, surgical, maternity, paediatric, emergency, cardiac and rehabilitation. We are supported by comprehensive allied health services and advanced medical and diagnostic services. Pathology, radiology and pharmacy are also available on site, and our emergency department is open 24 hours, seven days a week.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse to develop their career as a Perioperative Clinical Nurse (Level 2 Urology) at St Vincent Private Hospital Toowoomba.  This is a fixed term appointment working on either a Full Time or Part Time basis for a 12 – 14 months.

Things that work for us:

• Registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a Registered Nurse

• Must be able to work a flexible roster with variable shifts from 06:00 – 22:00, Monday – Friday, and participate in the on-call roster. 

• Relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 2 years' experience working in the relevant clinical area.
