We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our dynamic Hotels team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and learn about hotel operations, management, and investment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in market research and analysis of hotel performance metrics
• Support the team in preparing presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders

• Help with data entry and maintenance of hotel property databases
• Participate in site visits and property inspections when possible
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials for hotel properties
• Assist in financial modeling and valuation of hotel assets
• Support the team in due diligence processes for hotel acquisitions or dispositions
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and insights

Requirements:

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Interest in the hospitality and real estate industries
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or work experience in hospitality, real estate, or related fields
• Familiarity with hotel industry metrics (e.g., RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy)
• Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
