Job Description Summary
Provides direct patient care and ensures that the established plan of care is being followed. This includes 8 hour accountability for the management of resident care, notification of physician and family with changes in resident condition according to established protocols, updating the resident care plans.

Education Qualifications:

BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Minnesota.
