We are looking for a highly motivated, data-savvy, and business-oriented Trainee to join us as a Key Account Management Trainee, reporting directly to our Key Account Manager.

In this role, you will be working at the heart of our head office, while also gaining hands-on field experience through regular market visits. You will support the planning, execution, and analysis of key customer strategies within the Modern Off Trade channel — including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and digital retail partners.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing key account operations and support the development of customer-specific business plans
• Analyze sell-in/sell-out data to derive insights that drive execution excellence and improve ROI
• Track promotion performance and stock levels, providing actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain
• Prepare business reviews and presentation materials for customer meetings
• Conduct field visits to monitor in-store execution and gather market insights
• Support the development of data dashboards and reports for internal tracking and optimization

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate or a student who will graduate by June 2025
• 0–2 years of work (internship or trainee) experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with numbers and data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• High learning agility and ability to take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Turkish
• A team player who is eager to take responsibility and grow in a commercial career path
