Requisiti formativi: Neolaureat* in materie scientifiche; Biologia, Biotecnologie, CTF o Ingegneria.

Altri requisiti:

• Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office, in particolare Microsoft Excel;

• Preferibile conoscenza della lingua inglese;

• Capacità di lavoro di squadra;

• Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.

Data di inizio presunta: Luglio 2025

Durata: 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga per altri 6 mesi.

Cosa farai?

Il dipartimento di General Lab Support è responsabile del supporto delle operazioni tra TRD e SA Bacterial in R&S, per semplificare i processi e garantire il rispetto degli impegni per i scientist e per i progetti.

Lo scopo del tirocinio è supportare il team nell'implementazione di varie iniziative di miglioramento su EHS e la quality e nella pianificazione e implementazione della manutenzione.

Descrizione del progetto

La risorsa in stage supporterà il team nei successivi processi raccogliendo dati e proponendo, ove possibile, soluzioni migliorative:

• Revisione di MSDS (database di aggiornamento);

• Gestione dei report e inserimento in cartelle condivise;

• Gestione e archiviazione della documentazione;

• Supportare l'implementazione delle iniziative EHS e Qualita;

• Affidabilità delle apparecchiature.

Attività EHS:

• revisione annuale MSDS

• inserimento MSDS su Phoenix per effettuarne la digitalizzazione e sostituire la revisione cartacea con quella digitale

• richiesta score chimico per inserimento di nuovi reagenti tramite Sharepoint dedicato

• ispezioni mensili/settimanali in laboratorio.

Supporto nella gestione degli equipment:

• Supporto nella creazione di un inventario con tutti gli equipment presenti in TRD e SA Bacterial

• Supporto nella gestione di Sharepoint dedicato contenenti tutti gli equipment

Competenze da sviluppare:

• Gestione EHS e MSDS in ambiente di laboratorio

• Processi di laboratorio in R&S

• Processo e requisiti di installazione degli strumenti

• Gestione degli stakeholder
