Join Gundersen Health System’s Physical Medicine & Rehab and Pain Clinic in the scenic coulee region of La Crosse, Wisconsin—where your skills make a real difference.
What you will do:
Fulfill this full-time position at 72 hours every two weeks; 0.9 FTE
Work 8-hour day shifts between the hours of 0730-1700, Monday through Friday, with a rotating day off. No weekends, holidays, or call obligations!
Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting nurse-only patient visits
Refilling intrathecal pumps
Pre- and post-op care of patients with intrathecal pump and spinal cord stimulator
Phone triage and EPIC in-basket management
Managing pain agreements and urine drug screens
Assessing patients with traumatic brain injuries
Supporting a fast-paced, multidisciplinary clinic environment

What you need:
Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing
RN licensure to practice in Wisconsin upon hire
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers CPR certification
Ideally, at least one year of RN experience
