Intern- Information Systems or Engineering Student
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (1-2 days/week onsite in office). When reporting to the office, the location will be on MMM Chardon Building located in Puerto Rico-SAN JUAN, EDIFICIO TORRE CHARDON AVE. CHARDON 350 SUITE 500. Travel to additional office locations may be required.
Schedule: This position will work a first shift within operational hours from 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Additional hours or days may be required based on operational needs.
The Intern is for participants of an approved internship program for high school, undergraduate, or post-graduate students. Specific work assignments will vary by department.
For the Information Systems or Engineering Student Intern:
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Close any requests associated with MATT (Marketing Arrangement Tracking Tool) or project governance within established agreements.
- Complete process improvement and project management deliverables such as project charters, schedules, work breakdown structures, meeting minutes, action items log, etc. to support transition to a permanent technical solution within established agreements.
- Able to update 100% of process improvements in the log with business partners in readiness for meetings.
- Evolve the project management information system eco-system for MMM using MS Power APP.
- Document process flows, data analyses (pareto, trend, among others), or any other process improvements deliverables required to facilitate decision making for the process improvement.

- Must be part of an approved academic course of study, and that course of study must be applicable to the company's operations or the support of those operations.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of Bachelors degree in Information Systems or Engineering is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual ( English & Spanish) Preferred.
