Responsibilities
• Understand and support ad-hoc financial month-end closing activities.
• Support FP&A monthly consolidation (Forecasting, Business Unit Review, Profit Assurance) for APAC region.
• Grant Monitoring.
• Understand and apply accounting policies with business requirements.
• Support special projects to automate various manual processes:
o Invoice Generation
o Sales Dashboard
o Free Cash Flow
o Shipment Reporting
o Business Metric Reporting
o Identify areas of improvement for the current Power BI setup, and more pertinent data to support the business review
• Carry out any other job duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Degree in Business and/or Accounting with Information Technology/Business IT.
• Understanding and/or passion on the usage of data analytics tools (PowerApps & Power BI).
• Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Equipped with a business continuous improvement mindset.
• Highly motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
• Proactive and responsive in delivering high-quality work.
• Meticulous with effective follow-up skills.
