Job Summary

As the Nurse Clinical Leader, you will participate in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating patient care and developing programs to support clinical care consistent with the mission and goals of Brigham & Women's Faulkner Hospital as well as the requirements of JCAHO and other applicable federal, state, and local regulatory and/or accrediting agencies. Responsibilities include participation in oversight and operation of the patient care area, ensuring quality patient care for patients in the following age groups: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The Clinical Leader will also ensure the practice of the Patient and Family Centered Care Model in an environment that exemplifies best practice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing required and Master's Degree Nursing preferred
  • Registered Nurse Massachusetts licensure required
  • 2+ years of Supervisory/ Managerial experience required
  • Adheres to all C.A.R.E. standards
  • Meets all expectations of staff nurse job description
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
