A Day in the Life

Are you looking for an internship where you can gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills for your future career?

Join our Contracting Team and be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you'll learn the ins and outs of contract management, compliance, and data diligence—all while working with professionals from different functions and business areas! including an international environment

Internship details:

  • Start date: July 2025
  • Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend for another 6 months
  • Working hours: Min. 25 hours per week, up to full-time
  • Working model: hybrid (at least 2 days in the office)
  • Location: near/in Warsaw, Poland

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Administrative support for the Contracting Department including data entry – tracking of contract requirements and documents archiving in a global contract repository in SFDC tool
  • Learning the basics of contracting scope

  • Learning of data diligence and its importance for other processes and making decisions
  • Learning of importance of compliance with company policies and local legislation

Required knowledge

  • Pursuing  a bachelor’s or master’s degree (must be currently enrolled student for the entire internship duration)
  • Fluent in Polish & communicative in English (B1/B2 level)
  • Detail-oriented with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

 

Would be a plus:

  • Educational background in Law, Public Administration, Management, Business Economics, Finance, Data Management or similar areas
  • Eager to learn & develop
  • Problem solver
