About the Role

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry

Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of internal communications and materials
• Conduct market research on employee benefit trends
• Assist in the review of group insurance policies
• Help maintain and organize department documentation and policy databases
• Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and strategic initiatives
• Provide general administrative and project support as needed

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above
• Strong interest in employee benefits or insurance
• Self-starter with a collaborative and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
