The Boeing Commercial Program Engineering team supports four L4 Value Streams within Environmental & Airframe Control Systems (EACS):  777X, 787, 777 & Legacy Programs, and Business Development. These activities span the Engineering Product Development Lifecycle from Capture & Proposal through Operational Support.

 

What You Will Do:

• Support risk and opportunity management process for specific projects / programs

• Support project management of tasks assigned to them – this may include coordinating and supporting the certification testing for various components.

• Support Root Cause & Corrective Action investigations

• Support reliability improvement projects for the 787 and/or legacy Boeing programs (e.g. 777, 767, 747, etc.)

• Prepare and participate and support program meetings as directed by technical manager.

• Effectively employ Standard Work within the Collins Management System across specific projects/ programs

• Support execution of tasks as necessary to achieve critical internal and external customer deliverables and milestones.

• You will gain Systems Project Engineering experience with managing technical requirements, processing engineering changes and managing customers and suppliers.

• You will be provided mentorship opportunities to gain experience as a Systems Project Engineer

• You will obtain invaluable experience working with our cross-functional integrated product team.

• You will receive valuable exposure to our wide array of Environmental Airframe and Control Systems products such as air cycle machines, heat exchangers, pneumatic valves and digital controllers.

 

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
