Responsibilities:

Payroll / Electronic Timekeeping
Electronic timekeeping maintenance
Support to leaders and administrative employees
Filing of active and inactive employee documents
Overtime scheduling – Weekly / As needed

Purchase of transportation vouchers
Purchase of meal vouchers
Recruitment and Selection
Contact with candidates – As needed
Scheduling of interviews and pre-employment exams
Reception and verification of hiring documents
Employee registration in ADP system
Training
Registering participants in the annual training plan
Support in training organization
Internal Communication
Updating notice boards and corporate TV
Administrative Activities
- View Orignal JOB on: nursingjobs.sitePurchase request submission (Selfcorp/Multicidades) and invoice processing
Weekly review of office supplies and ordering as needed
Office supply distribution
Support in new hire onboarding
Qualifications:
. Be studying business administration (from the 3rd year or 5th semester) or human resources technologist
. Intermediate english
