About the Role

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities may include the following:

  • Assist in project-related work to execute against 2025 strategic initiatives in the Pension and Group Medical business, such as:
    • Fact-finding exercises to understand existing business needs, systems and processes
    • Analysis on business requirements, including ideation, prioritization, detailing and planning
    • Project management related tasks to execute against timeline
  • Conduct desktop research and analysis on local competitive landscape (e.g., MPF, Health & Wellness)
  • Support in creating executive communication materials and participate in key meetings as needed
  • Support other adhoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Students from all backgrounds and fields of studies, and are in their penultimate year of study
  • Excellent team player and curious learner
  • Ability to multi-task, quick to adapt and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong digital literacy required, proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)
