About the Role

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include the following:

• Support the Corporate Client Servicing team in process enhancement initiatives, including:
  • Building dashboards and trackers to monitor key servicing and operational metrics
  • Streamlining internal workflows and identifying opportunities to automate or simplify steps
• Assist with Employee Benefits (EB) contract servicing and documentation
• Support client or intermediary servicing activities, such as preparing follow-up materials, tracking requests, and coordinating with internal stakeholdersJOB IS FROM: nursingjobs.siteVIEW
• Contribute to general business support activities, including data analysis, reporting, and preparation of presentation materials
• Provide ad hoc support on projects or team tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Penultimate or final-year students from business or science-related disciplines
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of VBA/macro writing and Python is preferred
• Familiarity with Power Automate or other automation tools is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, organized, and confident working with data and systems
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player in a fast-paced environment
