About the Role

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business research and focus groups to identify evolving insurance trends and opportunities, focusing on customers behaviours and needs
  • Support industry statistics collection and analysis for annual Strat. Plan exercise
  • Support presentation preparation for business reporting
  • Data mining of database to identify business opportunities, sales performance optimization and customer experience/engagement
  • Translate data insights into meaningful reports in BI dashboard, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, whichever applicable, and support communicate to all levels of the organization; from senior management to Proposition teams 
  • Create regular and ad hoc studies and identify relevant data points to facilitate business decision making process
  • Support proof reading of proposition marketing materials to ensure accuracy

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Preferably Major in Commerce, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing and Research
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Positive, passionate, flexible and self-motivated.
  • Good analytical, communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Computer literate in MS office, Excel and PowerPoint.
