28 bed unit
Will be a participant in the oversight and operation of the unit
Will plan, organize, implement, and evaluate patient care and develop programs to support clinical care

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing required and Master's Degree Nursing preferred
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse required
- Med/Surg experience required, 5+ years preferred.
- Demonstrated history of successful functioning in the charge role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to plan and implement educational opportunities
- Act a resource and mentor
- High level of proficiency and innovation in use of electronic health record.
- High level of accountability and proactiveness in individual and group work.
