Join our team as Registered Nurse – Home Health in Wabasha, MN and be the change you want to see in the world.

What's Available:

• 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week).  8 hours per day / day shifts, working every other weekend and holiday.

• Pay range of $34.77 - $49.22 / hour, based on experience.

What you will do:

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients

• Provide care and guidance to residents in St. Elizabeth’s Wabasha’s onsite Assisted Living apartments.

• The registered nurse (RN) focuses on the health and wellness of individuals, families and populations in collaboration with other health care professionals by incorporating evidence-based practice in the management of acute illness, chronic disease, disability, and end-of-life care.

• The RN utilizes the nursing process and aligns practice with organizational policies, professional nursing standards and regulatory practice acts

• Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.

What you need:

• Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing

• RN licensure to practice in the state of Minnesota upon hire

• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
