About the Role

- Identify and groom potential talents for future development;
- Familiarization of daily operations of Macau Administration function and basic
knowledge of the entire operations of AIA Macau Branch;
- Contributes to the Agency Business Development department by providing
comprehensive administrative supports to the Zone/Team Head and ABDD team
in supporting business development activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Agency Support

• License application: to collect documents, validate information before submission to AMCM;
• Records upload: to scan documents and help to upload to respective SharePoint / agent profiles;
• Records keeping / filing of agent profiles and relevant departmental records properly;
• Relevant agents’ correspondence preparation and follow up;
• Any other ad hoc activities to support events of ABDD.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University student; preferably at Year 2 or 3 and major in Marketing or Business;
• Good team player, effective presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Effective organization and problem solving skills;
• Strong at problem analysis and decision making;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• PC knowledge and Chinese input is a must.
