About the Role
- Identify and groom potential talents for future development;- Familiarization of daily operations of Macau Administration function and basic
knowledge of the entire operations of AIA Macau Branch;
- Contributes to the Agency Business Development department by providing
comprehensive administrative supports to the Zone/Team Head and ABDD team
in supporting business development activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Agency Support
- License application: to collect documents, validate information before submission to AMCM;
- Records upload: to scan documents and help to upload to respective SharePoint / agent profiles;
- Records keeping / filing of agent profiles and relevant departmental records properly;
- Relevant agents’ correspondence preparation and follow up;
- Any other ad hoc activities to support events of ABDD.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- University student; preferably at Year 2 or 3 and major in Marketing or Business;
- Good team player, effective presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Effective organization and problem solving skills;
- Strong at problem analysis and decision making;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- PC knowledge and Chinese input is a must.
