Product Transfer Team Intern Role within the ADI Ireland /Limerick Manufacturing Wafer Fab Campus.
Successful applicant will work on projects relating to supply resilience for ADI products across several semiconductor technology nodes. Fab resilience projects in ADI Limerick are aimed at expanding ADI’s internal factory capacity at >180nm fab technology.
- Successful applicant can participate in a broad spectrum of activities related to fab resilience projects:
- Interaction with fab process owners and operations on process run-up / process siting, debug and troubleshooting across CMOS, BiCMOS & BCDMOS fab technology.
- Product fabrication, assembly, testing, qualification, characterization, across large spectrum of product technologies / market segments.
- Data analytics & correlations, input in review with chute yield teams and business units.
- Automation of logistics aspects of fab resilience projects.
- Product evaluation using of state-of-the-art lab equipment and measurement techniques.
- Failure analysis (destructive & non-destructive) related to resilience projects.
- Successful applicant can participate in activities related to design of iPassives (integrated passive devices) and support for the new process development project at the Limerick Campus.
- Eval support for iPassive projects through bench evaluation / micro probing activities
- High accuracy 4-wire resistance measurements on micro-prober to evaluate iPassive performance:
- Absolute resistances
- Matching (gain error and gain drift)
- Leakage characterization on micro-prober (ESD structures – i.e SCR improvements)
- Capacitance measurements to support ADLK Capacitor Offerings, Developments & Collaborations
