The Role & What You Will Be Doing 

Verification and validation on regulatory data across internal regulatory systems and other data sources.

Communication with central organisation and local regulatory affiliates in order to capture correct product status and regulatory information.

Collaboration within project team with the goal to meet business needs and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Tracking on-going activities and project status to meet project timelines and regulatory authority requirements.

  • Verify and validate regulatory product details in regulatory systems

  • Track data in accordance with the official product labelling documentation and ensure the data is aligned across sources.

  • Communicate with central regulatory teams and/or regional affiliates to ensure the product status is up to date as required.             

  • Track on-going activities and project status in accordance with project responsible regulatory teams.

  • Participate and host in project meetings

About Your Skills & Experience 

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: 

  • The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their second university degree year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a life sciences or other relevant degree course, or recently completed a life sciences or other relevant degree course 

  • Preferably with experience working on data management and comparing data across databases

  • Interest to work in a global team

  • Good knowledge of Windows and Office

  • Communication skills, organisation skills and the ability to work in a team

  • A willingness to take responsibility, initiative and creativity
